just wondering, if i am headed via rental car outside of holland - to belgium and luxembourg - does the tolerance of cannibis extend over the borders? or should i not even bother to try for worry of States-style intolerance? thanks in advance for any advice.

Driving from NL to Belgium will be no problem. You wiil not even encounter any border checkpoints or passport controls.

You'll be fine, just don't puff and drive..... If you need to smoke before Lux then simply find a little town, get high (if your like me, eat something) and get back on the road. It is also good to have your stash in the trunk or somewhere out of the "nosy pigs vision".

I have never gotten into any trouble, it probably is parly because I have those nice CD plates.... heh, heh, heh
