Hi.I don't touch the weed myself, only Beer and Girls..its a tough life, but someone has to do it....! anyway. I have a question for the experts out there. One of my good friends is worried about the sale of weed to non Dutch people... he has been told that 'foreign tourists will not be allowed to buy weed.'.... !

Is this true or false... i have told him its false... can any one confirm.

Please let me know, so i can stop his sleepless nights...

There's been tumps on here recently about this, but as an EU citizen, European law would apply IF such a law ever came into practise. So he only need worry if a total ban were to come into force which is generally thought to be very unlikely.

Totally FALSE! but the dutch government will try an experiment in Maastricht, banning weed sales to non dutch people. So many people coming from neighboring countries to Holland, buying weed, (some causing problems) and returning to thier respective countries with the herb. Some countries are drug war friendly countries, like France and Sweden. Some countries like Germany and Belgium dont like it that thier citizens are drug tourists. I'm sure this will be a very short-lived test.
Come to Holland and enjoy the freedoms! :) Nothing has changed! Peace.
