I concur...the drier the lower the setting (5.5).
I usually go between 6 & & as well.
My advice...keep the bits & pieces clean.
Enjoy

i have a foloow-up for the volcano. well actually the bags. I've tried oven bags from my grocery store, but they are to thick and to fat at the opening. I am returning to A'dam in 10 days. I'm going to check out there, but was wondering where can I get a few boxes in the US??
Thanks!

Greetings!
I keep my Volcano set @ 5.5, & it seems fine. As far as the oven bags go, I've had no problem with them. I use the bags it came with too. Picked up a couple of boxes & another applicator at the Cup last year. That way, as one bag is being used, another can be filled. Keeping everything cleaned is cool, but if you let the vapor resins built up-Damn! It's like Hash Oil-Good Shit!! It takes a while to build, but when it does....Enjoint.
