I was in Dolphins yesterday checking out the first half of Netherlands-Cote d'Ivoire and there was a sign posted in the middle of the bar that stated that based on the the new smoking laws that will take place October 1, they would no longer allow tobacco smoking on the first floor, so if you smoke dope there it must be pure. It went on to say that you could still go downstairs and use tobacco.
Now I'm not a tobacco user but I do love my herb so I can relate to those who want to enjoy there smokable substance (especially a legal one).
Just another curious shift in the laws here and I worry that down the line the current system of toleration for dope may transform into something completely different and less desirable.

That notice has been up for about two years now.
