First girl (can't remember her name) arrived 20 min late (no call from agency) and did not look like the pictures at all. Pictures must have been 20ponds ago... and 5 years ago or whatever. So I excused myself, called Sara (agency owner) and explained that I was not happy with the girl. I'm sure she's a lovely girl but I book a certain look for a reason. Sara promised me an other girl within the hour that I'ld like for sure. Nobody there after 1.5 hours and called agency again. Robin looked great but first of all;
