I have the choice of spending an hour or 2 in one of these, WHich is better in terms of coffeeshops and RLD, both need to be near to the Train Station.

No idea about Venlo, but I found Eindhoven to be crap. RLD very poor in middle of housing estate, nowhere near city centre and could only find one little grotty bar close by. Although not a smoker myself, my friend stuggled to find a coffee shop in city centre.

Venlo is a nice city with smoke shops and good eating establishments. The train station is right there and GT is only a short cab ride if you desire and have the time.
