Does anyone know at what time each of the RLDs close?

I'd say Den Haag closes about 1 or midnight. Gets started about 2 from what I've seen.

I've always gone to both as a day trip from Amsterdam, returning early evening.
This time I'm spending the night.
Actually, my 4 night multi-city trip has cost less than my usual 3 nights in Amsterdam.
If the night time scene in either works out, this might become my regular thang.

Now hopefully I'll find Emma when I get to Amsterdam too.

Yore welcome. Not sure about Alkmaar. But I do know it's reduced in size and doesn't have a urinal any more. Den Haag is the same as ever though. Which is good.

Hope you enjoy your trip. I may try two different cities later in the year but for now I Base myself in one city and visit different cities from there.

Alkmaar closes at 1AM, but things are pretty slim by midnight.
It is only one shift, and girls that have been busy will begin to pack up about 10PM.
I can't believe the urinal is gone. It was pretty nasty grey plastic, right out in the open, but what is the alternative? I predict a HUGE increase on guys falling into the canal as a result of this move.

Well, last time I was in the area (late January) the urinals were still there - one by the Spar supermarket, and the other by the bridge at the other end of the Achterdam. They are pop up urinals, and I suspect they just disappear during daytime. Or maybe they have been removed since. But they were definitely there a couple of months ago.

I had a hard time finding the Den Haag RLD last time. Can anyone give good directions once they get out of Den Haag Central Station?

This is exactly the case. They were there last night. But if you go earlier in the day (say, prior to 6pm or thereabouts), they're not.

Thanks for updates guys. I was talking about the old one that was always there. At the spar end. I didn't see any urinals but if they're there then excellent. So they should be.
