I will be visiting Brussels in early June and it occurred to me that since weed and truffles are legal in Holland but not Belgium, I should nip across the border for a bit of legal high fun.

What I was wondering was, would Rotterdam be the place to go for this (about 90 minutes away from Brussels by train and has both head shops and coffee shops), or is there a border town that caters to tourists that would be closer and easier/cheaper to get to?

Also, would anyone have any recommendations for girls to see in Rotterdam/on the border, especially any privehuis recommendations. There are a million in Rotterdam if you look online.
